  Application procedure
Admission Process at Busoga University:

Every Eligible candidate who wishes to pursue higher Education at different levels must go through the following process and procedure:

Step 1: Every student who wishes to apply will receive a “Registration Form” from the Academic Registrar’s Office/ Admissions Office FREE of charge or be downloaded from Busoga University site (www.busogauniversity.ac.ug) here

Step 2: The Filled in Registration form must accompany the following a. O level certificate / Pass slips b. A level Certificate / Pass slips c. Any other Secondary School Board system approved by UNEB d. Bachelor Degree Certificate & Transcripts for Admission into Post Grad Program

Step 3: All Foreign students must attach a copy of their passport including the page of immigration stamp / student Visa

Step 4: The counterfoil of the Registration form may be held by the student for future references

Step 5: After the scrutiny of Registration form for its eligibility a student will be provided with the Application form and be allowed to pay the Admission / Registration fee into Busoga University’s Bank Account. (Application form can be downloaded from here)

Step 6: After the submission of the Bank payment slip the student will be issued with an Admission Letter and a Registration card

Step 7: The Student will produce the Registration card at the faculty and obtain their Time table and other academic requirements and begin attending classes.

Step 8: Students will adhere to the Fee Payment Schedule as per the admission letter every Semester / Trimester.
