Admission Process at Busoga University
Every Eligible candidate who wishes to pursue higher Education at different levels must go through the following process and procedure:
Every student who wishes to apply will receive a “Registration Form” from the Academic Registrar’s Office/ Admissions Office FREE
of charge or be downloaded from Busoga University site (www.busogauniversity.ac.ug) here
The Filled in Registration form must accompany the following
a. O level certificate / Pass slips
b. A level Certificate / Pass slips
c. Any other Secondary School Board system approved by UNEB
d. Bachelor Degree Certificate & Transcripts for Admission into Post Grad Program
All Foreign students must attach a copy of their passport including the page of immigration stamp / student Visa
The counterfoil of the Registration form may be held by the student for future references
After the scrutiny of Registration form for its eligibility a student will be provided with the Application form and be allowed to pay the Admission / Registration fee into Busoga University’s Bank Account. (Application form can be downloaded from here)
After the submission of the Bank payment slip the student will be issued with an Admission Letter and a Registration card
The Student will produce the Registration card at the faculty and obtain their Time table and other academic requirements and begin attending classes.
Students will adhere to the Fee Payment Schedule as per the admission letter every Semester / Trimester.
